Admissions to our school for children entering our Reception Class (4/5yr olds) to Year 6 (10/11yr olds) are organised by Wigan Council. All admissions to our Nursery classes are organised by ourselves, Britannia Bridge Primary School. Each class, in Reception to Year 6, has a maximum number of 30 children.

Reception Class application forms are available, during the autumn and early spring term, with placements being offered in the summer term (prior to commencement in September).

Prospective parents/carers can apply online at Wigan Council Admissions or contact the school office for a paper copy of the application form.
Completed application forms can be returned to the school office. We are always happy to provide advice and support to families.
